Bank Wire or ACH Transfer (Strongly Preferred): Please contact us for our bank details if you wish to make a payment via bank transfer.

Credit Cards: We do not accept any credit cards at the moment.

Domestic shipping

• “In-stock” items will be shipped within two business days of receiving payment.
• Expedited shipping with full insurance is free for all US buyers
• An adult signature is required upon delivery of all packages for insurance purposes. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes

International shipping

• “In-stock” items will be shipped within two business days following the receipt of the payment
• Shipping fees for international buyers vary by destination (ranging from $49 to $299) and will be added to the invoice accordingly.
• An adult signature is required upon delivery of all packages for insurance purposes
• The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, local taxes, and other charges associated with the purchase in the destination country

Payment terms and conditions

• All our prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payments and refunds will be processed in the same currency.
• Our prices exclude the cost of international delivery and any transaction fees, which may be added to the final amount due. All additional charges will be clearly stated in your invoice.
• All watches remain the property of HANDS AND DIALS, INC. and will not be shipped until full payment has been cleared.
• The buyer is fully responsible for any customs fees, local taxes, and other fees associated with the purchase.
• Prior to shipment, we retain the right to cancel any order at our discretion without explanation for any reason.
