– Our prices exclude the cost of international delivery and any transaction fees, which may be added to the final amount due. All additional charges, if any, will be clearly stated in your invoice.

– All watches remain the property of HANDS AND DIALS, INC. and will not be shipped until full payment has been securely received and cleared.

– The buyer is fully responsible for any customs fees, local taxes, and other fees associated with the purchase.

– Prior to shipment, we retain the right to cancel any order at our discretion without explanation for any reason.
